DEPOSITS

No animal will be held for any reason without a deposit. Any animal may be placed on hold for up to 30 days with a NON-REFUNDABLE 20% deposit. Within 30 days from the date of the deposit the balance must be paid in full, or the deposit is void and the animal will again be placed back up for sale. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. By purchasing or placing a deposit on any animal you are agreeing to abide by our Terms & Conditions. All sales are final.

PAYMENT PLANS

Payment Plans are available at our discretion and will be made available on a case-by-case basis. A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required to place an animal on hold. Once the deposit has been paid, the animal will be considered sold and we will continue to feed and care for your animal as normal at no additional charge. If for any reason you are unable to complete your payment plan as agreed upon, all monies paid will be FORFEITED and the animal will again be placed back up for sale. If you are looking for a specific payment plan that fits your needs, please contact us for consideration.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Live Arrival is guaranteed on all shipments as long as an adult is home to receive the package on the first delivery attempt. In addition, you must e-mail us or leave us a message on Facebook within one hour of receiving your package with a validation code located on the inside of the box to let us know it has arrived. Failure to do so will void any health or live arrival guarantee. No exceptions.

HEALTH GUARANTEE

All animals are guaranteed to be properly sexed, healthy & feeding prior to shipping. In addition, all animals have a seven day health guarantee as long as the proper care has been provided for based on our experience and recommendations. If any animal is deemed unhealthy by us within seven days, a replacement animal will be sent or a full refund will be issued for the purchase price of the animal. After seven days, buyer assumes all responsibility for the health and sex of the animal. Photos must be provided to our expectations to receive a refund. In some cases we may require the deceased animal to be sent back to us at our expense. We will not be held responsible for any vet bills or other expenses.

OUR RIGHTS

We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any of our animals to anyone for any reason for the safety and well being of our animals. All sales are final. We cannot accept the return of any animal for any reason again for the safety of our collection. We take quarantine and animal safety very seriously. We reserve the right to grant or deny our health guarantee due to improper care or husbandry based on our experience and opinion. After seven days, buyer assumes all responsibility for the purchased animal including the health and proper sex of the animal.

It is the buyers responsibility to adhere to their local and state laws concerning animal purchases.

LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEED

​

All animals are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight Delivery Service in appropriately sized insulated shipping boxes.  Most deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered by 1:00 pm but this is not always the case.  It is your responsibility to ensure an adult will be home and available to receive your package all day in the event of a carrier delay.  Packages must be received on the first delivery attempt in order for your live arrival guarantee to remain valid.  In addition, you must e-mail us, text or leave us a Facebook Message within one hour of receiving your package.  Failure to do so will void any health guarantee. The hour begins with the shipping carriers delivered time via the tracking number. Due to extreme weather conditions orders may be delayed or canceled at our discretion. At this time we do not offer airport-to-airport service.

 

Normal shipping charges are $60 for Priority Overnight.  ​
