Animals
listed for sale on our website are available until they are removed
or marked as sold. No animals will be held for any reason without
a deposit. Any animal may be placed on hold for up to 30 days with
a NONREFUNDABLE 20% deposit. Within 30 days from the date of the
deposit the balance must be paid in full, or the deposit is void
and the animal will again be placed back up for sale. All deposits
are NONREFUNDABLE. We accept and prefer paypal for all payments,
but also accept major credit cards through PayPal even if you do
not have a PayPal account. Orders over $300 will qualify for FREE
SHIPPING. If
you are interested in multiple animals, please contact us for a
quantity discount. By purchasing or placing a deposit on any animal
you are agreeing to abide by our Terms & Conditions.
Payment
Plans
Payment
Plans are available at our discretion and will be made available
on a case-by-case basis. A 20% deposit will be required to place
an animal on hold. Once the 20% deposit has been paid, the animal
will be considered sold and we will continue to feed and care for
your animal as normal at no additional charge. Typical payment plans
must be paid in full prior to 60 days. If for whatever reason the
customer is unable to complete the payment plan as agreed upon,
all monies will be refunded except for the 20% deposit.
Live
Arrival Guarantee
Live
Arrival is guaranteed on all shipments including carrier error as
long as an adult is home to receive the package on the first delivery
attempt. If temperatures exceed 90F or fall below 40F at any point
during the shipping route our Live Arrival guarantee is void. In
addition, you must email or call us within one hour of receiving
your package with a validation code located on the inside of the
box to let us know it has arrived. Failure to do so will void any
health guarantee.
Animal
Guarantee Conditions
All animals
are guaranteed to be properly sexed*, healthy & feeding prior to
shipping**. In addition, all animals have a 48 hour health guarantee
as long as the proper care has been provided for based on our experience
and recommendations. If any animal is deemed unhealthy by us within
48 hours, a full refund will be issued for the purchase price of
the animal. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Photos must be provided
to our expectations to receive a refund. In some cases we may require
the deceased animal to be sent back to us at our expense. We will
not be held responsible for any vet bills or other expenses.
* Temperature
sexed geckos and Leopard Geckos and Fat Tail Geckos under four months
of age are not guaranteed to be properly sexed.
** Due to
the sensitive nature of Western Hogs feeding response, we cannot
guarantee how well they will eat for you under your setup. All hogs
sold will have ate at least ten times on unscented frozen/thawed
pinkies prior to shipping and a feeding card shall be provided.
We reserve the
right to refuse the sale of any of our animals to anyone for any
reason for the safety and well being of our animals. All sales are
final. We cannot accept the return of any animal for any reason
again for the safety of our collection. We take quarantine and animal
safety very seriously. We reserve the right to grant or deny our
health guarantee due to improper care or husbandry based on our
experience and opinion. After 48 hours, buyer assumes all responsibility
for the purchased animal including the health and proper sex of
the animal.
Laws
It
is the buyers responsibility to adhere to their local and state
laws concerning animal purchases. No Western Hognose snakes will
be sold or shipped to the state of Colorado or Illinois. Please
do not ask us to do so.
Shipping
Information
All
animals are shipped in insulated shipping boxes via FedEx Priority
Overnight. Most deliveries are guaranteed by 10:30 am, but this
is not always the case. It is your responsibility to ensure an adult
will be home and available to receive your package all day. Packages
must be received on the first delivery attempt in order for your
live arrival guarantee to remain valid. In
addition, you must email or call us within one hour of receiving
your package with a validation code located on the inside of the
box to let us know it has arrived.
We will not be held responsible for any package left outside for
any reason. Failure to do so will void any health guarantee. The
hour begins with the shipping carriers delivered time via the tracking
number. Due to extreme weather conditions orders may be delayed
or canceled at our discretion. At this time we do not offer airport-to-airport

Shipping costs
a flat rate of $40 for standard overnight delivery. All orders over
$300 will qualify for free shipping. Shipping costs are nonrefundable
in the event there is a problem. We
Ship Monday through Wednesday, for a Tuesday through Thursday delivery.
