If you would like to make a purchase, please contact us or send a paypal payment to our email address below. You may also pay online with a credit card without a PayPal account by following the PayPal link below. Just click on the PayPal button and on the following page look at the bottom left corner where it says pay without a PayPal account. Enter in the amount of the animal(s) you wish to purchase. Please add $40 to the purchase price to cover shipping charges. Orders over $300 will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. For more information about shipping please see our Shipping Page. If you are interested in multiple animals, please contact us for a quantity discount. Wholesale pricing for larger lots is available at certain times of the year.

FAQs

Q: How do you ship your animals & how much does it cost?

A: All animals are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Overnight Priority in insulated shipping boxes with appropriate heat or cold packs. Please let us know if you prefer a certain carrier over another, or if you have known carrier issues in your area. Otherwise UPS Next Day Air will be our default shipping method. Typically we begin packaging shipments around 4:00 pm and drop off at the UPS Station between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM We like to minimize the amount of time your animal(s) are in "shipping mode." Shipping is a flat rate of $40.00 or we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $300. For more information about our shipping process please see our Shipping Page.

Q: Do you offer a Live Arrival Guarantee?

A: Yes we offer a Live Arrival Guarantee, but certain restrictions apply. Please see our Terms & Conditions Page for more information.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: All animals are shipped Monday through Wednesday for a Tuesday through Thursday arrival. Once an order has been received, we will contact you immediately to arrange a good shipping day for you to receive your order. As long as the weather on both ends of shipping are acceptable, next day shipping is available.
