08/02/10: Here is a holdback Mack Snow Hyper Xanthic we decided to keep. She's developed quite a bit of yellow for only being a couple of months old. We really love the Hyper Xanthic projects and will have a few posted for sale this year soon.

07/04/10: Happy 4th of July everyone! I ya'll had a fun and safe holiday! We went down to our local firework show and saw some pretty amazing fireworks! It was a lot of fun and a nice break to get away for a few hours! Babies have been hatching like crazy! Almost everyday we have new hatchlings to check on and setup. The good news is we finally got our Boaphile Plastics hatchling racks. So far we are really liking them. Going to be ordering another 15 or so by the end of the year.. so stay tuned for official reviews! Here are just a couple of photos of some new hatchlings in the past week or so.

07/01/10: We are now an approved FedEx Certified Live Animal Shipper. The process was very easy and the communication was great with our Representative. Our test package passed on the first attempt and they provided us a report of the process and a Waiver to ship Live Harmless Reptiles. We should have done this a long time ago! (:

06/05/10: Took a couple of photos of our first Mack Snow Hyper Xanthic hatchling tonight. Love the pattern and color changes so far. Looks like I might just have to keep yet another one back! (:

06/04/10: Babies are still hatching out almost everyday right now! Hatched out our first Tangerine of the 2010 season tonight. She was TS to female and should be very nice coming from the parents she was bred from. Also produced our second Snowglow baby a few nights ago! Here is a quick photo of the Tangerine hatchling.

05/26/10: Lots of new leopard geckos hatching daily right now! We have hatched out a couple more Mack Snow Hyper Xanthics as well as a very pretty Mack Snow Tremper Albino Enigma. We also produced our first Snowglow baby tonight! Working on getting photos uploaded to our 2010 Leopard Gecko Hatchling page! Updates soon!

05/20/10: Added a few photos to our Western Hog Collection today. Still working on trying to get some of our holdbacks up. We have two Purple Line Extreme Red Albino hets that are stunning... one is a deep purple color while the other is a deep red. Hopefully they will be ready to breed this season to our Extreme Red Albino male. Here are a couple of photos of one of them. Hard to capture the high amounts of red on the pattern.

05/19/10: Needed some new hatchling racks and after looking around we decided to go with Boaphiles Twenty Shoe RhinoRaXX Rack. We need a LOT of spots and for our space design we figured it would fit well. We almost decided to build our own out of Melamine, but decided against it for several reasons. Boaphile said it would take about 4 weeks.... ha! We shall see how long it actually takes! Really excited about them though.. they look to be really nice! I will update with photos once they arrive... in four weeks right Jeff?? LoL (:

05/15/10: Well, after six years we finally got our first clutch from our 2004 Albino Ball Python. She has always been more of a pet then a breeding project, as she was the first ball python morph we ever purchased.. so we never made a huge push to breed her. This year we decided to cool her down and see what happened. This morning woke up to find her sitting on six eggs (: Mama is doing just fine after her ordeal and I will be offering her a meal shortly for her efforts!

05/11/10: Second baby from the first clutch of the year hatched out tonight about 8:00pm! This one is also a Mack Snow Hyper Xanthic. More will be hatching in a few weeks!

05/08/10: Babies are here! The first hatchling of the season hatched tonight around 3:00am and is adorable and very active! It hatched on day 60 and is a Mack Snow Hyper Xanthic Leopard Gecko. There were two eggs laid in this clutch so we are anxiously awaiting the arrival of hatchling #2 (:

05/04/10: Updated our Fat Tail Collection page tonight to include new photos of our Patternless White Out Fat Tail. He is very sweet and beautiful and definitely a new favorite here at GB! Check out our Videos page or our YouTube site for a video of him.

04/24/10: Lots of exciting things are in the works here right now! We have lots of leopard gecko eggs incubating atm with lots more on the way. We also recently just received our latest gecko group, including a beautiful Patternless White Out male fat tail,a Hyper Xanthic RAPTOR, an Eclipse Hyper Xanthic & a Snow Hyper Xanthic 100% het RAPTOR. Our Hyper Xanthic Leopard Gecko projects are going to be amazing! Here are a couple of photos of our new female Eclipse Hyper Xanthic het RAPTOR.

01/19/10: I know it's been too long since I've updated this blog, but there really hasn't been to much of interest lately. We decided to sell off part of our Ball Python collection and posted quite a few for sale. Thanks to everyone who bought them from us! We are right in the middle of breeding season with a lot of our projects and are hoping for a good year of eggs! On that note, here are a couple of photos of our new incubator. 11/13/09: Eeeeeeeek! Geckos are arriving this morning! It's 8:12am and they are Out For Delivery!!!!!!!! Will update later with photos and more information. Hurry up UPS!!!! =)

UPDATE 9:50am - They're here! All I can say is wow! This is my Bell Albino group that I received from JMG. This might be my favorite new project! I will take better photos of everyone once they have settled in and adjusted. Right now they are warming up and settling in after their long trip. I absolutely love this new group and would like to thank JMG Reptiles for yet another great order!

10/31/09: HAPPY HALLOWEEN! Hope you guys had as much fun as we did. We spent the day shopping for some really awesome Halloween decorations for some last minute decorating! We had about 50 kids knock on our door which was nice and I got dressed up in an undead school girl's outfit for fun. Halloween is always a favorite here. Also made some more changes to the website including a new Western Hog section. Time for bed. Goodnight boys and ghouls!~

10/03/09: Been awhile since I've updated this page so I thought I would add a few photos of one of our latest projects. We have slowly been building our Western Hognose Collection. We just got in an amazing Purple Line Extreme Red Albino and two het Purple Line Extreme Albino females. The male is the reddest hog we've ever seen! He is actually that red, the photos are not enhanced! We are very excited to breed him into our collection next year. We also picked up a very pretty Anaconda hog as well. Be on the lookout for Red Anacondas!

07/28/09: Today was Fat Tail GeckoFest Day at Gecko Babies! We just received a large shipment of some incredible new Fat Tail Geckos from JMG this morning. We received some amazing White Outs, Patternless Stripes, Albinos, Granites and more. Everyone was quite stressed from shipping, but we managed to get a few photos to update this page. Once they have settled in and begin eating, I will update the Collection page with better photos.

07/25/09: Big changes to the website! We've updated the look and feel of the site to reflect more the look I was going for. Hopefully ya'll like it. Exciting changes are coming to the collection as well.. updates in a few days! =)
